Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is by parcel or pallet courrier service depending on the item. We will arrange a convenient delivery day and address with you before despatch. If an item is in stock delivery is usually next day once despatched. Processing and packing time varies but usually within 2 -3 days. Deliveries are week days only.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it in original condition and get a full refund. To do this you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and email customer services on enquiries@amdro.co.uk . This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the item/s to us. If you are wishing to return faulty items, email enquiries@amdro.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. amdro will arrange for an exchange of an individual piece or a refund at your discretion.

Payment

Payment is accepted in UK pounds by online secure payment through the website shop or with debit card over phone.  We can also accept BACS online bank transfer.

We will not share your information with any third parties and we will always respect

your privacy.
